Dirk Broekema- founder of On Call Staffing Solutions, Inc. is an established entrepreneur with deep roots in business and more than a decade in mortgage, and commercial banking followed by more than 20 years with his own company. Dirk also founded four successful businesses over the last 25 odd years with a focus that specialized in internet companies, mortgage banking, and human capital management. Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Dirk also served as COO and EVP of Bowest Corporation, one of the country’s most celebrated residential mortgage servicing companies. Subsequent to Bowest, he was CEO of Camreal Data Services, Inc., a statewide computer service bureau serving 10 financial institutions and managed assets in excess of $17 billion. Dirk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Arizona.
Eric Christensen is a veteran of the financial service industry with over 25 years of experience in predictive analytics and credit risk management in the global retail lending businesses. Eric has extensive knowledge of and experience with mortgage due diligence, pre and post close mortgage QC audits, risk-based pricing, consumer credit scoring, loss forecasting, asset/liability modelling, mortgage banking production, mortgage servicing and credit risk management. Prior to Credit Data Solutions, Eric was CEO at UHS America, SVP Global Sales for Interthinx Predictive Analytics (formerly known as Strategic Analytics) and a part of Verisk Analytics decision analytics business segment. Eric also held senior sales and business development positions with FICO, Fannie Mae, E*TRADE Financial, LPS and CoreLogic. Eric graduated from University of Arizona, majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Marketing.
Theresa Dunham, our Assistant Vice President has been in the credit reporting industry for nearly 30 years. She began her career as a supervisor in the credit division of a Trans Union affiliate, rising through the ranks as a leader to manage her own credit reporting department. Starting her own business was the next logical step and she opened Service 1st Information Systems, and eventually combined it with The Credit Bureau in 2008. As a member of the National Credit Reporting Agency, she served as a Board member from 2006 to 2008. Theresa brings a wealth of knowledge to the table and steep experience adds to her role as AVP.
Sandy Lubin is our valued Advisor offering constant and extensive knowledge, experience and credibility to the team. Sandy is a celebrated industry veteran, his experience in the banking and credit industry stretches out over five decades. In his long career, he has served as President/CEO of The Credit Bureau of San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties, both of which merged, among others, to form Credit Data Solutions. Sandy in an advisory role is a win for Credit Data Solutions. Sandy represents expertise and excellence in his professional and personal life including a strong commitment to his community and is regularly involved in Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, YMCA, and like organizations, giving back to the community.
Leslie Whipple, Senior Customer Service Representative has more than a decade of experience of delivering client service excellence. Well versed in handling all aspects of client on boarding, support and retention efforts, she makes her work speak for her. She connects with clients directly and works diligently to exceed their expectations in her role.
Kimberly Morlet, Client Relations Manager comes from a background in employee relations, data analysis, program development, and operations with strong history of building trusted relationships in the telecommunications industry. She has been the driving force behind numerous company initiatives, ever focused on business improvement, employee satisfaction and exceeding corporate expectations. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership.
